Lost on Friday took it well, it was a light stoppage should have won, was not happy with the female ref but it's done now. Must remember the journey is all towards me winning novice aba`s in oct 2009 so we must keep going and remember my goal! I’m having one weeks rest then back on it again.

Pleased with weight this morning 82.8kgs, energy levels feel good and kept my punching power at this weight. I love it. I’m ready now!

On it big time, only two nights sleep till fight. Done my last set of boxing pads with Giuseppe today, feeling good! Looking through my old training camp diary I’ve done really well these last 10 weeks.

So pleased with weight this morning 84.2kgs, rested my body today needed it big time feeling tired all-day, found it hard eating well today but done it, only 3 nights sleep now till fight cannot wait I fancy getting first round knockout I’ve been punching really hard last couple of weeks watch out!

Weight 86.3kgs

Good day today. I found it hard over the weekend, but back on track today. I ate really well but more importantly my mind is in the right place.

I did 6 x 2 min rounds on boxing pads today, feeling unreal. Got them on tape and look good. Also trained at the boxing club this evening and got a good sweat on! Next couple of days are all about the food.

Good day, the best I have hit the boxing pads. My weight was 85kgs in the morning, must remember I have done all the hard with the training etc now, so the next 7 days are easy! Feeling good.

100% on fire, eating well, got my head shaved so feeling and looking mean. My six pack is out, I do love this feeling. 8 days till fight night and I am alive! Pep did my boxing pads with me and I enjoyed it.

Am so pleased with everything to do with boxing. I'm ready.

I've been told that I could be fighting in 12 days, so it’s time to get into fight mood, planning training and food - the time is now! I trained with my brother on boxing pads, I was hitting the pads really well and could feel the power. I cannot wait to fight again. I feel ready!
