Weight 86.3kgs

Good day today. I found it hard over the weekend, but back on track today. I ate really well but more importantly my mind is in the right place.

I did 6 x 2 min rounds on boxing pads today, feeling unreal. Got them on tape and look good. Also trained at the boxing club this evening and got a good sweat on! Next couple of days are all about the food.
