I really needed todays training, I sparred mat down at Haringey boxing club (4 x 2 mins rounds)- it was vey hard asI got hurt by a body shoot which rememberd me how good they are! IM BACK ON IT NOW THOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
