Today’s food

5.30 fruit, 7.45 cereal, 11.45 shake, 12.15 half rice tuna, 15.15 bar, 16.30 bar, 20.00 chicken & veg

Great days eating and training, every day is a test when you’re a boxer - if it's not your fitness, it's your weight and mental strength, but I passed today.

Enjoyed 6 x 2 pads with my brother this morning, could feel the weight on me! Went to Haringey boxing club at night, warmed up, ten did 4 x 2 min rounds of sparing with a guy who has had 14 fights - won 8, draw 1, lost 5. That is a good record in amateur boxing. I did really well, hurt him with my jab and right body shoot. The coaches looked happy with me, and I was buzzing after (needed that).
