Tuesday - 11 x 2 mins light spar - 6 x 2 min circuit hard

afternoon 10 x 1mins bag - 6 x 1 mins sprints - 270 rower x 3

Wednessday - rest

Thursday - 10 x 2 mins light spar

afternoon 8 mile run

Friday - boxing club
